This is July?

It was a chilly night on the hill July 15 when a small but dedicated group of music lovers dragged out the warm socks and blankets and bundled up to hear the bluegrass band Delivery Boys at the Pajtas Amphitheatre. Ann Bacon and Chris Stuber of Flint Township say they attend the concerts, put on by the Swartz Creek Fine Arts Association, every week and they wouldn’t let a little chill keep them away. “We prefer the cold to the heat,” said Bacon. The concert series continues at 7 p.m. Tuesday with Billy Strings and Don Julin performing gospel, bluegrass and “vintage mountain music.”
