INSIDE TODAY’S SWARTZ CREEK VIEW

As “Your Community Connection,” The Swartz Creek View takes pride in partnering with area businesses every week to bring their messages to our readers. We are especially proud of making that connection this week as we bring our readers the 2019 edition of the Swartz Creek Area Chamber of Commerce Membership Directory and Community Guide.

This is the first time The Swartz Creek View has partnered with the Swartz Creek Area Chamber of Commerce to produce and distribute this annual Directory and Guide.

In addition to delivering the Chamber Directory and Guide to the mailboxes of our 9,400 residential readers, we expanded our direct mail delivery of this edition of The Swartz Creek View, including the Directory and Guide, to 200 business addresses in the Swartz Creek ZIP code. On behalf of our team, let me offer a friendly “Hello” to those readers at businesses who normally don’t receive our paper. If you’re interested in seeing our paper on a regular basis, please let me know.

The Swartz Creek Area Chamber of Commerce goes above and beyond in promoting their members and our community through networking events, ribbon cutting ceremonies, fundraisers and community engagement all year long. This year, the Chamber is particularly pleased to present an expanded fall festival, called Jeepers Creekers, which builds on the overwhelming success of last year’s Fall Family Fun Night and provides fun events every Saturday in October. Please watch upcoming editions of The Swartz Creek View for details, or you can follow the Chamber or Jeepers Creekers Facebook pages, @ swartzcreekchamber and @jeeperscreekers.

Please take a few minutes to peruse this year’s Directory and Guide, then keep it in a handy place as a ready reference for the next event and for the next time you are looking for a particular product or service.

Remember, it pays to Shop Local. Dollars spent in our community stay in our community, paying local taxes and wages. More than that, local businesses give back to our community through donations to and volunteering for local causes.

Thanks for reading The Swartz Creek View!
